This is 48 year old Jackie Ambrose. She started working with me earlier this year and recently placed 5th at the NPC San Diego in masters figure. I will be working with her for the NPC Orange County show and the West Coast Classic in June. We have plans to work on putting on more muscle this off season and she will be competing at a few shows next year. r!	I am currently working with Tome Ameko for this years USA Championship. Last year she placed 5th and has great wins at the LA Championships and Excalibur.
I will be working this off season and doing the contest prep for Tom, who will be competing at a show in 2010.	I have been working with National Competitor John Simone. John placed first in the Super heavyweight class and Masters 40+ at the NPC Pittsburg Champs. I wlll continue to work with him and do his prep for the 2010 Masters nationals.
I will be working for the first time this year with Brandon West. He will be competing at the NPC Contra Costa in May 2010. I have been working with him this off season and will be doing his contest prep for the show.	I have been working with Jan Norlund this off season. Jan is from Sweden and plans to come to the states to compete at the NPC San Diego Championships in March 2010. I will be doing his contest prep.
After helping him win an overall win this year... I am working with Chris this off season and plan to work with him on a national show in 2010.	I will be working with Greg Meise for another season again. Our plan is to add some size this off season and compete at the Border States in 2010.
