Saurer
Rob has been competing off and on for the past 6 years. He
is competing at the NPC Junior cal in June in Pasadena. This
is not the first time I have helped Rob. I took over his
prep for his last show which was the Excaliber in 06 at 7
weeks out. In that short time he transformed himself into a
solid contender in the lightheavy class. He was in excellent
condition but gave up a bit of size to some shorter/thicker
competitors. This year I am working with Rob starting at 16
weeks out and will probably be the most conditioned guy in
the show.
