History:
I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology and two California Teaching
Credentials. I am a national level bodybuilder with class
wins at the USA and 2
class wins at the Los Angeles Championships. I stay in
contest shape all year
long.
Philosophy of diet and training: I advocate a moderate to high carb diet along with high protein
and low fat. Carbs are used for energy and I believe to burn fat and get ripped
you need to have the energy to train hard to strip the fat off your body.
Once
all the fat is stripped off most of the torso, then the fat starts to strip from
the glutes, hamstrings, upper thighs and back.
I believe the only way to compete
is to be conditioned to the fullest. To walk on stage, dry, hard, grainy and
super shredded.
