Jan Nordlund took the overall
in bodybuilding at the
NPC San Diego Championships on March 20th.
45 year old Nordlund started working with me earlier in the year in preparing
for the show.
It all payed off as he was announced overall winner in front of a sellout San
Diego Crowd.
There were over 250 competitors in the show.
This was a huge win for both of us!
