I saw your video on MD and saw your conditioning at the nationals. I am
very proud to have been associated with you. I have been inconsistent
with my diet and training for all the normal reasons. I have lost 30pds.
no were near were I would have been if I would have followed all your
instructions.
I must complement you on your service. on the spot BRO! you held up to
your end of the deal 101%. and for that I thank you. GREAT SERVICE!

Alex, it's been four months and I weigh
215 today, which is 25 lbs total that I lost. I'm still following the
diet without problems, and I'm used to the same thing everyday. My
bodyfat's gone down a lot, and people have really started to notice. I
actually had a few people at the gym notice, which was a big surprise.
I've never been able to see my abs before, and now the top four are
visible. It's pretty cool to see the change every day and week. The skin
seems like it's tightening up a bit, but I'm sure it'll take awhile.
My question is, now that I've done 4 months strait, do I keep following
the same diet? I'm not sure how much more weight I want to lose and
what's a good number to shoot for. I want to keep the muscle I have and
add more size if possible. The holidays are always a bad time for me,
but I plan to stay strict.
Thanks for all your help in getting me to this point. I've been trying
to get in shape for years, and now I'm finally on the right path. I'm
always checking out all the forums to see what transformations people
have achieved and it's pretty amazing and motivating. Maybe I'll have a
chance to meet and thank you in person someday. I may take you up on
your offer to contact you for help and advice in the upcoming months. I
hope I can send some people your way, especially after they see how far
I've come.
The best of luck with your show next weekend, I'm looking forward to
seeing the pics and results from the show. I was hoping to find some
streaming coverage of the show, but I haven't found anything.

I wanted to take a
moment and thank you again for your services.
It has been a true blessing to be able to take the stress of setting the
structure and daily choices away, and simply follow your guide.
Your diet and supplementation advice continues to be extremely easy and
painless to follow, and I have to admit I have never eaten so many carbs...I
really don't feel like I'm dieting, never hungry, and FINALLY still have
energy to keep near my max lifts in the gym.
I really just 'feel' healthier all around, lower b/p, better mood from
the increased carbs, smarter supplement use, and those stubborn love
handles even though I was relatively thin to start have FINALLY almost
vanished.
You are the man, no question. I'll email you if I EVER hit a sticking
point, however so far, cruising right along.......and in truth, I'm
proud to know that my advice came from such a knowledgeable and high
ranking competitor, not to mention such a good family based guy.
In fact, this experience has motivated me to possibly look at doing my
first competition down the road.....

I went to Alex at 7 weeks
out for my last show because I was behind in my prep.
He got my ass in the best shape of my life and I would not have even
done the show if he did not step in and get my diet and prep on track.
I have committed to do the NPC Junior California this year and hired
Alex to do my full prep. At 12 weeks out I’m almost already in contest
shape. My prep is going great. I have full faith in Alex as I have known
him for years and he worked with my off season on my diet and training
methods.
Alex has earned my respect as a competitor and I would go to nobody else
but Alex , due to his ability to not only get himself in shape like no
other, but his ability to help me get myself in the best shape of my
life. I’m looking forward to competinig this year knowing that I have
him in my corner.

I have been working with
Alex since January 2008 and the results are unbelievable. I will say
that my pants size went down from a 36 to a 32 falling off of me. My
years of busting my ass in the gym are finally worth something when I
look in the mirror.
The one thing I will tell
anyone who is where I used to be a few months ago is get off your lazy
ass, keep driving past McD's and get your ass on the treadmill. Alex is
a no bullshit ass kicker who is not gonna tell you some bullshit story
about take this, do that and you will look like a million bucks in 90
days. I am here to tell you it doesn’t work that way.
It takes getting your ass
up out of bed doing cardio every morning whether you like it or not
busting your ass in the gym and eating like he tells you. If any of you
have any questions about my journey I will be happy to share them with
you. The best part about the whole thing is that I started out at 200lbs
(I am 5'6" by the way) and had pot belly pig syndrome. As I stated
above, a 32 pant size requires a belt now and I have a full set of abs
that I haven’t seen since I was 16.
I have managed to do all of that and still
hold onto 190lbs of body weight. I am not done losing yet but I am
confident that his way of doing things really preserves as much muscle
as possible. Oh and before you start his plan erase every thought you
have about what you think you know about dieting.
I'm tipping my protein drink to a good bro!!!!

I have been working with
Alex since early Feb. 2008. My goal has been to drop bodyfat and be
fitter. He has taught me how to properly eat and plan my meals that have
facilitated a loss of 15 lbs!
His no BS approach is top
notch. I have read tons of literature and Alex made it a simple
approach, easy to follow. He knows his stuff and in his words "trust me,

I decided I finally had
enough of being overweight and out of shape, so I decided to have Alex
help me with a diet that would work for me. He set me up with a diet in
which i am eating carbs with each meal except my last meal of the day. I
am also doing cardio, weight training and taking supplements. Since I
started with his program, I have lost 30lbs, in 3months.
I went from 250lbs to 219
and I want to get down to under 200. I will continue to follow his plan
and method and I know I can do it. I would not be able to do it without
his help. I plan on continuing to follow the program and lose weight.
With his help I will meet my goal!
